How can flavour become a designed experience?
Working with a client building Helsinki’s food-experience ecosystem, our team developed the idea of a Flavour Museum through design sprints, creative workshops, expert interviews, and field research in Barcelona.

Organising a complex world of sensory knowledge.
Scientific journals, sensory studies, culinary culture, and experimental food experiences were organised through a publication system based on time, source, and reliability. This research became the foundation for the museum experience.

A five-phase journey through memory, culture, emotion, and flavour.
The final experience moves through Discover, Understand, Express, Create, and Reflect. A connected tool called MagicFork helps visitors carry discoveries across the journey and make sensory interaction personal.
